Forevermore (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we do — and don’t do — with personal information when you use:

• our website at forevermore.org (the “Site”); and
• our Android application Forevermore (the “App”), which loads the Site inside the app.

1) What we collect

A. What the App collects

• No account, no tracking, no ads. The App itself does not collect, store, or share personal information. It only displays our Site using a standard WebView.
• Network access. The App requires Internet access to load the Site. The Android system WebView may receive basic technical information (e.g., IP address, error logs) to deliver pages and keep the App secure.

B. What the Site may collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may receive:

• Contact details (e.g., name, email) when you submit a form or email us.
• User content you voluntarily provide (e.g., memorial text or images)
• Technical data like IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used for security and performance.

2) How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to enquiries and provide support;
• operate, secure, and improve the Site and App;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not show advertising.

Where applicable, we process personal data on these bases:

• Contract/Requested service (e.g., when you ask us to contact you);
• Legitimate interests (e.g., security, preventing abuse);

We share information only with providers who help us run the service, under appropriate safeguards:

• Hosting / CMS: Webflow (hosts the Site and serves assets).
• Email: Microsoft 365 (handles our email).
• Security / infrastructure: standard web hosting/CDN/anti-abuse tooling as needed.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

6) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@forevermore.org.au. We will verify requests as required by law.

7) Children’s privacy

Forevermore is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If we learn we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use the service responsibly.

9) International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. When required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
